In 2003, Dr. Gerald Pollack and his team at the University of Washington first identified a fourth phase of water. This phase of water builds against hydrophilic surfaces (water loving) such as our cell membranes, fascia and vessels. Known as H3O2, this substance is structurally different than H2O which is what we know as water. H3O2 has been coined as EZ water (Exclusion Zone) because it creates an exclusion zone that excludes particles as it increases in size.
This exclusion zone structure forms tight bonds of hydrogen atoms which creates a hexagonal, lattice structure. As it is formed, it pushes out a hydrogen proton which creates a proton rich zone – as one layer is formed, it is a template for more layers to form. This lattice structure provides protection to our cells.
How do we hydrate ourselves to create EZ water?
Filtered, clean water is essential as well as minerals to hydrate for structuring. Other ways include nose-breathing and movement. Nose-breathing, such as we do in Qigong (with the tongue on the roof of the mouth), conserves the hydration of the breath in the nose, helping us stay hydrated. Movement, especially Qigong which stretches and releases the fascia, pulls water into the fascia for optimal hydration.
As previously mentioned, the hexagonal sheets (think beehive) of structured water form against the hydrophilic surfaces of our cell walls, membranes, vessels and tissues, and create a positively charged proton-rich plasma. This plasma creates an endless supply of energy to power biological processes like ATP production (adenosine tryphosphate) in the mitochondria, cilia movement in the respiratory tract, or the action of the gut villi.
As we all know, our fascia has these liquid crystalline structures and this EZ water enables nucleic acids and proteins to act as quantum molecular machines to transform and transfer energy at close to 100% efficiency, provided there is no breakdown in this structure.
Qigong & Baghazhang are two ways to increase the hydration of EZ water in the body. Both massage the tissues and organs, helps rewire the body to relax under tension, and releases stagnant or dense energy in the body. It also helps to increase energy in the form of ATP production by sending new signals to the cells as you go through your releasing process.
In the Winnipeg area, we hope you’ll join us for a class! We are teaching an 8-week session of Qigong in Niverville, Manitoba beginning Tuesday, October 3rd. Thursday evenings from 7-8pm, we teach Baguzhang at White Lion Strong Gym, 255 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg. Visit the About the Arts page for information on the arts. For more information and to register for a class, visit the Classes and Registration page of our site.
You can still participate with personal sessions and can book by emailing: wakingdao@gmail.com OR purchasing a session or series of sessions at our online shop: Golden Age Architects
We are teaching and participating in 3 workshops this fall/winter. Two are listed below. You can visit the Calendar of Events page, or click on the links for each.
BREAK FREE! Saturday, October 7th from 10am-12noon to join April (Soul Essentials Healing), Kelly, and Kellie to guide you with practical emotional and physical tools to deal with emotional triggers and how our egos and shadows play a part in keeping us stuck in life or resurrecting old stories from the past.
Discussion will centre around shadow work, the tricks of the ego, emotional triggers, and the physical aspects of inner work. Delve deeper into your inner landscape to gain insight to discover what is holding you back and how to release it. Your hosts will hold space for you to clear energy, allow your guides to come forth, and integrate new information. (In-person and online spots available.)
Aligning to Our True Self Within Relationship Join us for a weekend conference to learn from us and other practitioners to learn different ways to align with your true self. Kellie and Kelly will be offering a workshop on how to do this within relationship. November 4th and 5th – mark your calendars!
In health & wellness,
Kellie & Kelly
