Circle Walking Workshop

Join us on Saturday, February 3rd for a workshop on the meditative art of circle walking!

Circle Walking activates the spine and fascia while synchronizing breathwork with movement. Learn to work the cardiovascular and lymphatic system with little to no impact on the joints. Increase strength and flexibility in a gentle manner while engaging the meridians and massaging the organs.

Circle walking is an overall body exercise that has so many health benefits. The spiralling actions in some of the postures opens and strengthens the fascia. Our fascia is akin to our solar array that collects and delivers energy to our fourth phase water, providing energy for our ATP (energy production) cycle. (See our article on 4th phase water here.)

It helps to reset the nervous system allowing for better sleep and cognitive function. It aligns the pelvis and spine in such a way as to open the joints and increase flexibility of the connective tissue near the joints. With little to no impact, you work the cardiovascular system while moving lymphatic fluid which aids in detoxification of the body. When done in conjunction with specific arm postures, the spiralling actions also gently massage the organs and tissues, thereby increasing blood and qi flow in the body.
