For those who follow us on social media, you may have noticed that we’ve changed the name on some of our platforms and we will be doing so with our business and website as well. This change reflects the direction we have been heading in for some time which is expanding our teaching repertoire. We have studied and applied internal alchemy for decades each, and what we teach is how to embody higher frequencies through physical, emotional, and spiritual work. It has been our dream to bring this all together for you to become not only stronger in your bodies but in mind and spirit, and it’s a reality in progress!
We will continue to offer Qigong and Baguazhang classes, personal classes and the like but we will also be offering more online courses through our app which has also undergone a name change. As our skills grow as internal alchemists, we want to share more of what we’ve learned and put into practical reality with others so they may benefit too. We’ve already taught some great workshops with some wonderful people who show such dedication to their own growth. It’s been wonderful sharing our decades of experience with all of you. We thank you for joining us!
