We will be helping people to become clearer on which types of energies they are creating with in the upcoming event. Often these energies can be hijacked by ego and shadow, and we don’t realize it, never mind which kind of energy we are creating with when it comes to collaboration with another person. In the past couple of months, we’ve come to understand this on a deep level as the shadows of others have tried to engage with ours to cause drama in our personal and professional lives. We stepped back to do our own healing and strengthen our healing capabilities.
Along with Qigong and Baguazhang, we have learned even more of the subtleties of shadow and what people are born into in the Collective Consciousness on the planet. Qigong and Bagua helped to ground our energy and become stronger in our physical bodies in order to buffet these energies as well as hold more light. Strong physical bodies are important for holding more light on the planet. After thousands of years, these tools are as effective today as they were back then. Some things do stand the test of time!
This is why we have created Academy of Embodiment Arts – to combine the physical with the spiritual. There is no separation of spirit and matter. We must attend to one if we tend to the other. True Transformation is the Mastery of our Energy. The Internal Journey along with Aligned Action is our new foundation. The inner work shifts our frequency.
In the New Year, we are launching our Transformation Meditations and Alchemy courses on our app. Our app combines everything you need to build this bridge between the physical and spiritual in your own life and we look forward to interacting with you there. Let’s all work together!
