Energy Mastery Workshop Series

A 3-part Series to Master your Energy

This workshop series is designed to teach the basics of mastering your energy through understanding of the physical as well as energy bodies we possess upon the Earth plane. Each workshop builds upon the others, along with the shifting energy. We recommend attending all three for maximum benefit, especially for new participants. There are different payment options below. Please read all information for each workshop prior to registration.

These workshops will be held online as well as in-person. In-person spots are limited to 14. We need a minimum of 6 people to hold the workshop in-person. Otherwise, the workshop will be held online. This will be updated on the page as registrations are received.

If you are unable to attend one of the weeks, a replay will be sent out to all participants along with additional materials. This gives everyone a chance to hear information that may not have stuck out the first time you experienced it. We will also invite everyone to join our online platform and chat groups where we will support people through the integration and shifting energies throughout the series.

Introduction to Self-Mastery

Saturday, March 15th – 1-4pm

Self-mastery of our physical bodies is important in our evolutionary process. It is critical to have a basic understanding of our physical bodies, the chemical and energetic processes, and how emotions affect these processes.

Our physical body is an interface between the spiritual and material world, so it’s important to understand ourselves as energy and how this energy is manifested physiologically. Emotions cause chemical reactions in the body. Emotions turn into thoughts, thoughts turn into beliefs, how beliefs turn into belief systems, and that by mastering your emotions you can change your reality and so much more.

During this interactive workshop we will discuss our resistance to change, the co-creation of our realities, how the interplay of ego and shadow can be used as tools for self-mastery, and understanding our bodies on a basic physiologic level. Participants will be given practical methods and tools to practice and use once they leave the workshop.

Energy Self-Mastery

Sunday, March 30th – 1-4pm

You are Creation written in the Universal Language of Light. The physical body is an interface with your spirit and the physical world. Our physical bodies mean we have the capacity to embody frequency, and the physical world is a tool for our spiritual growth and self-awareness.

Ascension is essentially unleashing our creative power to accelerate the material world beyond its current condition, where it becomes a permanent part of the spiritual realm. Our physical body has the ability to regulate itself without our conscious awareness, yet if we tune in and become a conscious creator with our physical body, we discover our true power. Understanding our energy on the physical plane, how it gets blocked, and how to clear it is one of the keys to embodied ascension.

Participants will be given methods and tools to use for their self-mastery.

Creative Energy Mastery

Saturday, April 12th – 1:30-4:30pm

Our physical body is the interface between your Spirit and the material world. In this workshop, we will focus on the Lower Dan Tien, home to what is often referred to as the Root and Sacral chakras or the Womb Portal. Regardless of gender, this is where the creative energies of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine work together to create our realities.

The Lower Dan Tien is the engine that built you in your mother’s womb, and in the Chinese healing art of Qigong, it is known to contain more neural nodes than in your head. It corresponds with the kidneys, adrenal glands, sexual organs, and is responsible for circulating and refining pre-birth and post-birth Qi (energy) in the body along with Divine inspiration and creativity.

Stagnant energy from trauma or outdated beliefs prevent us from accessing these Divine energies to reach our highest potential. In this workshop we will discuss and provide exercises for:

pre- and post-birth Qi and what they’re influenced by
past embodiments and what we inherit from our parents and their lineages
the shadow and light of the illusion; what we adopt before arriving here, along with cultural, societal, familial, and influences from friendship bonds
