Private and Group Classes
To book private or group classes, please fill out the form below.
Our fee for a private class is $65/hour per person CDN. They are held online or at our home studio. If you would like us to travel to you, we charge an extra $20 to cover the cost of travel.
Group rates:
5 people – $300 (1.5 hours)
10 people – $550 (1.5 hours)
Please inquire about groups of 15-20 people or more. Travel fee will apply and be worked into the final cost.
**Refund Policy:
- You are responsible for attending your session/class/workshop on time. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please contact Kellie or Kelly via email or text. All classes and workshops are confirmed with participants by email. (Telephone is in the email. We do not post that on the web.) If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact: wakingdao@gmail.com
- It is our policy not to issue refunds with the exception of exigent circumstances. In that event every effort will be made to reschedule the session. Most workshops are recorded, so you will receive a recording if you are suddenly unavailable to make it at the scheduled time.
- Failure to notify the instructors that you will not be in attendance for a class, workshop, or private session will result in no refund. Every effort will be made to reschedule at the next possible date convenient to all parties, should you notify us that you are unable to make it with the exception of workshops.
- If an instructor is unwell or cannot make a class/workshop/private session due to emergency, we will notify the participant(s) and reschedule at a time most convenient to all parties.
